ZOESTICA Center, was the first, and still the only, USDA Certified Organic health and wellness facility. Located in Chicago’s Gold Coast, ZOETICA was built and designed according to the highest USGBC LEED Platinum level.

Showcasing the future of luxury in sustainability, ZOETICA entrusted the task of interior design to Richar, Chicago’s own, Designer of the Year for 2014. All furniture and majority of high-end finishing were custom made in order to meet not only strict requirements for LEED Platinum projects, but even more demanding vision of Dr. Lilly to create high end non-toxic urban environment dedicated to health enhancement and protection.

Dr. Lilly’s ZOETICA ONE, USDA Certified Organic skin care line was created to demonstrate that skin is a vital apparatus in heath manipulations.

Featured in magazines and lectured about at conferences, ZOETICA Center was an effort to set a standard for health and beauty industry, underlying also human need for high esthetics, at the same time pointing out to health as humans’ natural state of being and health being the genesis of beauty.

Created and developed by Dr. Lillian Ostojich, pioneer and advocate of sustainability movement, ZOETICA Center contributed to transition from outdated concepts of conventional medicine to personalized, quantum health approach of health maintenance, health enhancement and health creation.

Dr. Lilly’s appreciation for technology resulted in ZOETICA being selected as project of the year by Microsoft associates for its innovative technological application. ZOETICA’s leading engineer was Rick Simpson, who was also instrumental in preparing the second major sustainability project of the time, exhibition “Smart Home: Green + Wired” at the prominent Chicago Museum of Science & Industry.

Still, ZOETICA was only a transition of Dr. Lilly’s vision, from Building “H” – mixed development in Belgrade, Serbia, to H17 complex, future concept of human social habitat of high esthetics, ultimate technology and comfort, but still providing uninterrupted link with nature and health preservation as essence of human existence.
